Iron chef only accepts cancellations for Meals 2 Go orders. The order must be cancelled online before the delivery session cut off time. The cut off time is listed in the order confirmation page.

The amount of the cancelled order will be refunded as credit money to the customer’s account, regardless of the payment method.

Orders from the pickup/delivery menu cannot be cancelled.

Iron Chef does not accept any returns, unless it is a mistake by Iron Chef.

The amount of cancelled order will be refunded as credit money to the customer account for future use, regardless of the payment method.

Credit money cannot be refunded by cash or credit card.

Credit money can be used in the Iron Chef restaurant with restaurant manager approval.
